Return Policy 

Products purchased from the found and favor website are able to be returned brand new, within 7 days of delivery date. The product must be unused, have all original tags attached, and all packaging materials in brand new condition. 

Products that are purchased on sale are final sales and are not able to be returned. This includes holiday sale items and sample sales. 

We do not refund original shipping cost and the return shipping cost or replacement item is the responsibility of the customer. 

All return requests must be communicated to foundandfavor@gmail.com and approved for return, in the condition as stated above.

If returning your item, please email us to let us know the tracking number of your returned item. Found and Favor is not responsible for any packages that are lost, uninsured, and without tracking number. If the item is not in condition stated above, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Approved refunds will be issued within one week of acceptance of the product. 

 

Turnaround Time

This business is run by one woman (Diana) who homeschools 5 kiddos, so “ready to ship items” will be 7-10 days, and custom order are typically 4-6 weeks. I am so appreciative of your patience and kindness, as you support my business and family!

 

Shipping Policy 

Please message us with any shipping questions! If your package is lost or damaged, please contact your local post office with your tracking number to begin a case to locate or replace your package. Please let us know the details surrounding your package. We fully insure all packages for the total amount.
